Hadeeqa Bibi | ADHD Specialist & Coach
I’m Hadeeqa Bibi, a clinical pharmacist, neurodiversity practitioner and ADHD coach.
I have worked across both NHS and private neurodiversity services for over 3 years, supporting individuals with ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles in clinical, educational and coaching contexts. Alongside my professional training, my work is shaped by close family lived experience of autism and ADHD, as well as extensive hands-on experience supporting neurodivergent clients. This gives me a grounded, realistic understanding of the challenges people face — and what actually helps.

Lived Experience Speaker
I offer lived-experience speaking grounded in both professional expertise and real-world understanding. My sessions create safe, thoughtful spaces to explore neurodiversity with honesty, compassion, and practical insight.
Drawing on clinical experience, coaching practice, and close personal exposure to neurodivergent journeys, I support audiences to better understand the emotional, psychological, and everyday realities of neurodiversity. These talks are suitable for students, carers, educators, healthcare professionals, and organisations seeking meaningful, stigma-free conversations that lead to greater understanding and inclusion.
Post-Diagnosis Support
Receiving a neuro developmental diagnosis can be validating, overwhelming, or both. Post-diagnosis support focuses on helping individuals process and accept their diagnosis while making sense of what it means for their identity, work, relationships, and daily life.
Through structured conversations, I support clients to:
-
Understand their diagnosis beyond the label
-
Explore strengths, challenges, and individual needs
-
Identify practical adjustments and coping strategies
-
Decide what support is helpful going forward
This service is designed to empower individuals to move from diagnosis to clarity, confidence,
and informed next steps.
